Keeping the skin in tip
top condition is the very first step in any beauty regime. With clear skin, you
will not need to apply heavy makeup nor concealer to cover as well...And when I
mention about skin, it is not only our face but whole body. Skin is our body's largest organ which protecting our important organs such as muscles, bones,
ligaments and internal organs from any harmful attack and covering the
body.
Thus, here are some guidelines that might be useful:
- First of all, always drink enough of boiled water. Our
body need at least 8 glasses a day to keep us going! What will water do?
Water will moisturises our internal organs as our body 70% are water and
the balance will go to our skin. Therefore, our skin always in the
situation dehydrated. The easiest way to solve this problem will be
apply skincare which concern on dehydrated. There are various brands
in the market focus on this concern as majority people are dehydrated
skin. This is due to our lifestyle not healthy such as smoking, sleep
late, drink too much of coffees or alcohol, exposure to air-conditioner
most time as in office, car and in home as well, or using chemical
products or exfoliate too much on the skin.
- Secondly, removing makeup in a correct manner. What is
it all about? Ask yourself, did you did double cleanse on your face twice
a day with two times cleanse? No matter in the morning or night all did it
without a miss? Guess you all will wonder...was it necessary to cleanse
our skin in the am? I believe everyone in the morning will be in a rushing
situation whereby need to rush go workplace, fetch children to school or
nursery or prepare breakfast for family therefore most of the women or
ladies will lack of time to take care their skin. Can have time to wash in
the morning is consider very good and now still request for double
cleanse? Oh gosh! it must joking~ The reason why we need to double cleanse
our skin the morning is because every night before we go to sleep we must
apply skincare pn our face and the skincare will act as a protection layer
on our skin, whereby I believe most people right now will sleep in
air-conditioner...Long term on the air-conditioner place will lead to our
skin dehydrated. Imagine...if we put a layer of protection on skin do we
need to remove it? The answer is YES, why not? Cause the first time we
wash our skin will only wash off the protection which act like our cloth
on the skin meanwhile the second cleanse will able to wash our true skin.
For night, I guess need not much explanation as most of us know why.
Can anyone share out the answer? ... The reason is because we did apply
sun protection, concealer, foundation or makeup in the day time therefore
we need to remove it only then we can wash our true layer of skin... If we
not properly wash off the dirt or dust nor the skincare or makeup on our
skin will lead dull skin in the beginning...but if we don't bother it will
lead to clog pores and as a result will lead to congestion then blackheads
or whiteheads (milia) and worsen will be acne skin.
- Third, using a correct products for our skin also very
important. It is essential to use skincare products that are suitable for
our skin. A basis regimen should have cleanser, toning, moisturiser and
last but not least a UV protection. How much UV protection we should
select? Normally will be depend on our exposure...but normally will be at
SPF 30 and above since we stayed in a hot climate country. A UV protection
is not only as a protection on face which prevent formation of
pigmentation on our skin but also a prevent discolouration on our face but
apply whole body can prevent skin cancer as well. For a better result,
should have an exfoliate or normally we called scrub at least twice a week
and continue with a masque based on our concern.
- Beside that, consume intake of daily vegetables and fruits at least 2 meals a day. Vegetable can be either in cook form or salads. Try these tips to fit more fruits and vegetables into your day:
- Keep fruit out where you can see it. That way you’ll
be more likely to eat it. Keep it out on the counter or in the front of
the fridge.
- Get some every meal, every day. Try filling half your
plate with vegetables or fruit at each meal. Serving up salads, stir fry,
or other fruit and vegetable-rich fare makes it easier to reach this
goal. Bonus points if you can get some fruits and vegetables at snack
time, too.
- Explore the produce aisle and choose something new.
Variety is the key to a healthy diet. Get out of a rut and try some new
fruits and vegetables—include dark green leafy vegetables; yellow,
orange, and red fruits and vegetables; cooked tomatoes; and citrus
fruits.
- Bag the potatoes. Choose other vegetables that are
packed with more nutrients and more slowly digested carbs.
- Make it a meal. Try some new recipes where vegetables
take center stage, such as Tunisian carrot salad and spicy broccolini
with red pepper.
