Are You Putting Yourself on RISK of Silent Killer?

Everyday everyone on the society are busy finding a better way to live better...and yet something neglect some small issues on health matters...

Most of the time, a "silent" heart attack is when there are no symptoms. Cardiac arrest strikes without warning resulting in sudden loss of responsiveness and no formal breathing for more than five seconds...






Here is some symptoms of heart disease maybe use as a guidelines:
  • Angina- Pain in the chest and even arms, neck, jaw, face, back or stomach, that feels tight, numbness and/ or a chocking/ squeezing sensation.
  • Palpitations- Increased or irregular heart beat lasting for several hours or recurring for several days and/ or chest pain, breathlessness or dizziness.
  • Coughing Blood- Blood-tinged sputum is a frequent indicator of chronic heart failure or an acute pulmonary em-bolus ( Blood clot in the lungs).
  • Cyanosis (Bluish Tinged Fingernails or Lip)- A result of insufficient oxygen.
  • Oedema- swelling and puffiness in the legs, abdominal area or the arms due to sodium retention in the body.
  • Fainting/ Loss of Consciousness- Cardiac syncope is a sudden- onset fainting spell associated with sudden death.
  • Fatigue- Insomnia or sleep apnea.
  • Severe Crushing Chest Pain- When lying down, accompanied by sweating, light-headedness, nausea and/ or shortness of breath that last for 15 mins or more.

Symptoms of a second heart attack may not be the same as the first!!!
